I Purchased W20 model of Sony Ericsson in the month of July. After month its display started giving problem. I submitted it to "Authorized Service Center of Sony". from last two month the handset is with them and they are saying the part is not available with them and company is not sending the parts. My two months warranty is wasted as I am not using the phone for last two months which is in the warranty period. I want my handset to be replaced. or I will register a complaint against the Company in the Consumer Court as I am frustrated with the service from the company. Two months is height now.
