Hi

I am Saurabh Upadhyaya from Noida, India and I purchased a Fair & lovely cream from a chemist on April 2009 and its MFD Date : 19.03.2010 Batch No. A8.I used this cream on my face for about 9 Months. Suddenly my complexion became dark and some pimples started appearing on my face which were leaving dark marks, and dark spots showing on my face.
Today i check the cream its paste become white liquid ..Its looks that its expired. Now told me what should i have to do against your company???

Dear HUL India,

Myself Mr.R Gupta owner of MAX BAZAAR gujjrawala town. I am connected with unilever with last 25 years . But right now I came across a problem. I am running a retail store of 24000 square feet. And I am doing a business of 4-5 crores with unilever per annum. We are having problem with TRANPARENCY in payouts given to us like encaps, floor tax, windows, tot and any type of paid visibilities. And whenever we have a query regarding these type of payouts they are unable to justify us. Neither your distributors nor your MTAS or ASM, RSM accomplish our demands. They always gives excuses . This proves that your company HUL is practicing fraudulent exercises with retailers. Your company takes all the place you need . You have audits of the places hired by you . You have audit of targets . But when it comes to paying us for all that. You have no one to ask for it. Neither a third party representative nor a company employee who takes care of whether these payouts reach us or not.

For example :

Last year on 20/07/2016 your distributor SAWAN AGENCIES issued a bill of 0.00 amount (which was not delivered to us)invoice no. VAT- 11543 my reference account no.371030P178 in which an amount of Rs. 55,682/- has been settled by your company names MONTHLY MOC PAYOUT. Means goods of the same amount were to be issued to us. But no goods were supplied to us till us . Just a month ago while settling our yearly accounts we asked them for details. And we got to know about this fraud. After which we passed the information to your MTAS Neeraj Aggarwal who was already aware of that. And now when we caught them red handed they delivered the goods on a delivery challah in March2017. And said that this was a mistake so we asked them in written to admit the mistake but they refused. And this is just one bill we have a caught a lot of bills. This proves that your company is doing fraud with us. We are hereby informing you that your marketing team is playing with our money.

Let me again give you an example:

Your company hired a place at my outlet naming PONDS WALL UNIT for which a payout of Rs.50000/-per month was approved in July-2016 by your company by a mail. But till now we are not getting paid for that amount on summing it gets Rs.4,50,000/-. Your MTAS NEERAJ AGARWAL is having all the information regarding this problem but no justifications till now. I will attach all the documents regarding these problems.

UNILEVER is the biggest brand in the world . But we retailers are doing all of our best to retain your position. Please give your payouts reports to us and give all types of payouts directly in our accounts. Like GSK, reckitt benckiser dettol, Cadbury mondelez, himalaya etc. who pays us directly in our account directly . Which makes tranparency in payouts.
And with all the above proofs we request and suggest you to pay all our money in our accounts by which our money is not misused by your marketing agency and employees which helps us keep faith in your company.

I think there is some confusion, may be because of the same guy has done recee for both primary bay and ponds asset, Vendor has taken dimension of Loreal asset for Ponds counter, and also verified the space required to implement the same (picks attached).

He has noted Ponds asset details on a sheet having “Lakme counter picture” printed sheet.

The sheet attached in your mail was used for Primary Bay, not for Ponds asset.

Pls check with vendor, or you can ask him to come again any day except Monday (outlet’s Weekly Off).

I too have same complaint. I bought Fair & lovely cream during last month .The date says 12/11 on it. The cream was fine for 2 weeks & suddenly the cream became too watery . I observed , my skin getting dark & saw some pimples too.
