i got a msg on 10-2-10 from 54321 saying that i have been subscribed for sweet nothing alerts and rs. 30 has been deducted from your account
i have not subscribed for any such scheme and i want the refund of 30 rs.
tata docomo call centers are useless, they dont give proper information and sometimes lie about launching the complaint
now i not only wany the refund but also want to know why this has happened with me for 5th time
i am tired of tata docomo now, and complaint will soon will be launched against them if no action is taken.
i hope tata docomo officers want the remaining customers to stay with the service because a anti docomo campain is going to start.
