I placed an online order for 5 items and paid thru online banking on 28th Dec. I didn;t get any update and when I tried calling their support number (011-22138918) no one picked up. I got an SMS stating I can reachout to them via Whatsapp (********26) and also can send a mail to support mail id. I did both and got response that the items that I ordered are nit available and my money will be refund within in 3 - 5 business days. It's been couple of months since then and after that they didn't respond to my mails, or SMS or Whatsapp message. When I checked their Facebook page and also online reviews there are lots of complaints that they are taking order and not refunding money, looks like a fraudster looting money.
