Yesterday on 14 th Dec 2012 at evening I have received missed calls two times on my mobile number from the international number
+********3752 .First time I did not respond to call but second time when I received missed call then I called on that number ( unfortunately I was not knowing it was an international number ) , from that side Lady picked up the Phone & she told me that she is calling from Airtel company & my mobile has won 25 lakhs amount .I was not convinced & thought it might be a fraud ,so I asked her name & address , she told her name as POOJA & address as Bandra Mumbai . Then she told me to contact another number ( Which she has given as 00********8834) & asked me to contact that number to encash the price amount.After that I finished the call , & immediately checked the balance amount in my prepaid mobile ,it showed that last call cost around Rs 48 /- Then my mind came in doubt so instead of calling above mentioned number I called up to Airtel customer care .The airtel representative checked the call record & told me that it is a international number & Airtel company has nothing to do with it & said price amount is fraud, he also told me to lodge a police complaint .

Accordingly I am raising this complaint here so that the fraud person should be caught & no other innocent people shall be targeted by these fraudsters .

I am very confident that police will reach to those fraudsters & punish them hardest.
