Karbonn Mobiles - Unsatisfied with service after sale

I purchased a S-1 model of Karbonn on 9th July 2013. On 3 Feb its display had some problem, so I placed it for repair to Avanish Enterprises, a company service center at Pune, Maharashtra on 4th Feb 2014. Till today ie 20th Feb 14, it is not yet repaired. On inquiry it is told that Company is not supplying spares on time for repair. It is disgusting on the part of company which is not able to provide service after sale. So be aware of this company before going to purchase of products of this company.
