I 've purchased one maruti Alto VXI and the car was delivered on 27.08.2010 but till date both temporary and permanent registration papers were handed over to me. The car is in idle condition and first free service date is coming. What to do next.

i had made the full payment to buy 4no. Tata Tipper Hyva to bhabdari automobile dealer of Tata Comercial vehical at the time of payment the comitted to delivery the vehical with in 10 days from the finance deo,i hade made then the full payment but also they are not giving delivery of the vehical,my finance is also start up so please do needfull...
