I am owner of (Hyundai i10- ERA), I had given my car for repairing post my accident and was committed that it would be done in 20-25days but no one is updating us on the progress and we haven’t got our car back and they haven’t even started the work yet its almost more than 30days now.

People buy vehicles for their convenience & the kind of follow-up is required at your service centre is pathetic even after that my car is yet not repaired.

They choose not to give priority to my car

I had met with an accident on 23rd Oct post which we sent our car for repairing on 25th Oct. however till date which means more than a month has gone by but not received any call confirming that the work has started or not & how much more long it is going to take for getting my car back in working condition.

This is unnecesary delay is causing me inconvenience.

Car is currently at SARKHEJ GARAGE, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, INDIA.
