Dear Concerned,

Pls note that my home loan account ( LBDEL00001364287) was closed from the proceeds of new loan account LBDEL000001747267 but to my surprise the loan amount has been increased by 6994/- , which I is grossly wrong on your part.

Please clarify why this difference is there, I feel same amount which was pre-paid 730586/- should have been capitalized in the new loan account instead of 737580/-.

Also, my current rate of interest is still high @ 11.5% and as per RBI guidelines I am not getting the benefit of priority sector lending. You are publicly offering ROI of 9.75% to new customers, for loans less than 30 lakhs. I was assured during my visit to your retail asset centre, Jhandewalan, New Delhi on March 17,2009 that by paying charges of 0.5% of principle outstanding, I can get the benefit of 9.75% ineteret rates applicable for new customers, but when I went there after doing the required formalities in the month of April, I was told that there is no such offer on your home loan account. It was a very bad experience.
I feel that this practice is not at all fair to the existing customers who have availed home loan at floating rate of interest.

I want a urgent redressal of my concerns on urgent basis.

Rgds
