I was lured to migrate my existing Savings Account to a 3 in 1 Account by my base branch officials and benefits were offered. They agreed on a brokerage of 2 Paise on Intraday and 20 Paise on Delivery, further they provided my Online trading facility along with ATS Services.
My ordeal started when they charged me Rs.1099 for online trading facility and on me confronting the same I was given a written confirmation from Bank side that the same is processed for refund, the same is over for 5 months now.
The RM assigned to me from ICICI Direct side Ms.Anjali Tiwari has never taken any action in getting this addressed, she has even stopped responding to calls.
Further Bank has now unilaterally started asking for a higher brokerage of 50 Paise on delivery.
Bank has earlier promised that the funds available in Trading account will earn interest and same was confirmed in writing by Bank officials and later they deviated from that stand as well.

I have written numerous mails to ATSHelpdesk, ICICIDirect, ICICIBank, COO of ICICIDirect. They have clearly cheated me by adopting unfair practices. Multiple times they have confirmed rectifying the gross mistakes and errors committed by their officials but I believe they are shielding them.
Daily stock position SMSes are also stopped by Bank to my mobile for over a week now, and I am annoyed that not even dedicated RM nor even Branch and Bank officials are helping me on this.

I went ahead and filed a complaint in Banking Ombudsman against clear violation of Fair Practices & Ethical Practices.

Need help on this forum as well to expose the wrong doings of the Bank.
