Opinion Gurus - unfair activities of opiniongurus to its members

I am a member of the online opinion community " opiniongurus " a division of Markelytics Solutions India Private Limited . They conduct study of different multi -country study from time to time and in case the member successfully completed the study / survey , then they have been rewarded from opiniongurus by means of gift certficate / Mobile Top - up etc. I 've completed some survey & rewarded for Mobile Top -ups . The survey details are as follows:

b) Unique ID: 334419 for Mobile Top-up worth Rs. 250

c) Unique ID: 99527876 for Mobile Top-up worth Rs. 50

Till date I've not received any of the above incentives inspite of repeated reminder by mail & thru mobile, even they also assured me about the same. Therefore, I request ur good office to credit all the incentives in my account by notifying opiniongurus immediately and advised them to do the needful and be practical about Incentive Support in future.
