Indane Gas - Unavailability of Regulator agaisnt Tranfer of Gas Connection

Dear Sir,
I have transferred my connection from Lucknow to Kanpur as on 25.11.2010 after that I talked to our Indane Gas Agency in I I T Kanpur, named Sengar Gas Agency.

They continuously say me that they have no regulator to provide you for running connection.

I am facing lot of problems regarding this.

This is my request to you that kindly do the needful and arranges to provide me regulator to use our gas.
