I "R. Vamse krishna", taken a policy with the number ********8 from your branch.

I didn't receive the initial policy document and subsequent to that i have applied for the Reissuance of Policy document on 21/02/2012.

But till date i didn't receive the same.

I had follow-up with the agent (Naik Prajita Yogesh, 0124391E) but unable to get any response from February' 2012.

I didn't pay further payment to this policy AS I LOST FAITH ON THIS TYPE OF SERVICES FROM AGENTS & LIC. (Already i paid two installments i.e. Rs. 16000 /-)

So, Please do needful to get my Policy document or arrange my Money.
