SUZUKI Motorcycle - TWO WHEELER SERVICE

I purchased two wheeler SUZKUKI-Hayate at dealer of M/s.Arun Motors, (D.Code 225101) Simmakkal Branch, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The vehicle was purchased on 04.08.2014. As on date 9500 kms only raiding and Proper service was made at above dealer. Last four service, I was compliant as putting Second Gear as very hard. As a last service, they have changed a small spare parts after that there is noise in Chain bracket. In this connection again compliant launched in the service on 29.03.2016. After the service also there is no improvement. Hence, I request the dealer, to inspect the company Engineer i.e. Mr.Praveen. Hence, necessary arrangement may please be made to inspect the vehicle and rectified the problem .(My vehicle Reg. No.TN-64J 2649)

I am facing engine block piston problem, just ride 7000 km in two years, service center is stating that its manufacture faults, but being as a customer why i should bare this nonsense, i have paid full amount of the Suzuki gixxer, then why i should tolerate this.. After getting repaired from service centre again block piston is making some dirty nosiy sound. Udaan service center from vasai west is insisting me to bare it. Kindly try to understand this is not the first time i am using bike., Please stop cheating to customers. here after i will not suggest any one to buy suzuki bikes..

I am not satisfied with the service, after purchasing, dealers are not at all taking care. Even I purchased suzuki zixxer sf, after purchasing, we are facing so many problems. Advertisement in the TV and newspapers will not help to your business. Best service also required, to improve your business. Please take care about your services. If you require any details on this purchase, please mail to me.

Dear Sir,
I took GIXXER in KARUNA SUZUKI in Tirupur, I faced some problem in the service of the staff.so,I went to that showroom and asked for the soluion for that problem. ie, not from the bike service they made some false information beacz of that I spend more than Rs.1000. I again went to that showroom for that false information for claiming that problem. Their Behavior and response was really pathetic including the Manager. All they accepted that wrong information was given by their side but we are not able to provide the solution. They are simply pointing some other staff for escaping. Manager also supported to their staff. I never expected from this pathetic response from the manager. He is not fit for that position, Not even a single positive word from the customer side. I don't wan't to service my vehicle in that particular showroom. I completed only one free service,plz arrange some other service center for remaining free services around Tirupur. If I didn't get a proper solution, I wont suggest anyone to that particular showroom to any of my friends.

There is no proper checking of minor as well as major defect of vehicle is carried out during the inspection of vehicle...... There no proper washing.....they clean only outside not insides parts.......and the complaint was not done..... They do not change oil and suppose that we change the oil.......we have already Complant at there branch but no further action were take........
So plz take action on Ravi suzuki 2 wheeler showroom
