My family members were threathened to be throun out of the train by TT, The TT asked for the ticket PNR no.********53, this ticket was booked online and the relevent identity of passanger were in photo copy form.

Name of TT is Praveen tomar (498389), this was the name and number given by that TT only.

Later by forcing the TT made the Chalan of Rs.3600 and cancelled the ticket saying that your online bill is not valid as you dont have original documents.
On defending the TT and his 2 companion have used abusive language against 3 women. The women were so embarrased after eing pillaried

The point is not about charging for not presentind the original documents. The issue is that how a government employee can use abusive language against women and threat to through out of the train.

Where can i complaint about TT. And what action could be taken against the TT.I can even go to railway ministry to complain about the Praveen tomar.
