Sealdah to Canning Street does\'t have a fixed fare, They charge Rs.15/- from new customers, and who knows the exact rate they give Rs.10/-.

I think police should interfare and take the extra income earned by them, because auto rikshaw drivers are just making the customers fool.

Today only one driver took Rs.15/- from me, when I told him I travel daily and I pay Rs.10/-, then he started arguing and forcefully took money from me abusing wrong words.

Sealdah to canning street route Auto No.- WB-9564, I think this is enough to track this auto rikshaw, because this number auto in this route is only one.

COMPLAINT NO.2

AT SEALDAH STATION IF YOU HIRE A TAXI THEY WILL NEVER GO IN METER, AND THIS IS CONTROLLED BY POLICE POSTED OVER THERE, BECAUSE THEY GET COMMISSION, I HAVE SEEN MYSELF, AND WHO DON\'T GIVE COMMISION THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER SEALDAH STN.

JUST TRY YOURSELF, TRY TO HIRE A TAXI FROM SEALDAH STATION UPTO ANY DESTINATION, I USUALLY GO TO MULLICKBAZAR, IN METER MAXIMUM IT WILL GO TO Rs. 30/- BUT THE TAXI DRIVERS WILL SAY YOU, THEY WILL GO BUT AT RATE OF Rs.80/-. AND POLICE HELPS THEM TO DO SO.

SAME HAPPENS AT AIRPORT ALSO POLICE POSTED THERE, USUALLY GETS Rs.5/- AS COMMISSION FROM TAXI DRIVERS, AND IF YOU ARGUE WITH POLICE THEY WILL SAY---- \"BITHORE KORE DEBO\" - MEANS THEY WILL PUT U BEHIND BARS, IF YOU SAY ANYTHING.

TRAFFIC POLICE ARE THE MOST CORRUPTED PEOPLE, IN CALCUTTA, NO DISCIPLINE, AND JUST FOR Rs. 5/- YOU WILL SEE TRUCKS RUNNING IN OFFICE HOURS, IF U HAVE A TRUCK FULL OF KARTOOS ALSO, THEY WILL LET YOU GO FOR Rs.5/-

ASK ANYONE TAKE A SURVEY OF POLICE IN KOLKATA.
YOU WILL GET A TRUE PICTURE

Dear Sir,
I have a commercial vehicle which when buying was going to be used for a commercial purpose in an office. However now that it is not being used there. I have been using it in UBER, with an NOC from the company letter head.
The traffic sergeant stops the drive and charges him a penalty. He says if you don't want to be fined every day open a monthly challan system. I am willing to pay the fine if its ok but whats the permenant solution. I dont want to pay anyone bribe to get my case settled. I want a permanent solution and you would be the best person to help us out.
Sir, I want to see that people owning commercial vehicles are being harassed for this so if a permanent solution is put into place people having commercial vehicles can have proper papers in place incase of these situation.
I have a bank loan to pay and earn an income for the same. So I have to have my car on the road for the same.

Looking forward for your support and solution.

Regards
Supreksha

Today I went to State Bank of India Southern Avn. branch and parked my two wheeler at the footpath of a newly constructing building without disturbing or obstructing anything. But after return from bank I did not find my bike. AT Tollygunge trafic guard office I find my bike and piad 150/- and get receipt of anly 100/- only with other paper for the offence of MV act 122/177, which will have to show at Lalbazar P/S for further fine of about Rs 110 - 120/- (amount is not fixed)
But my question is why the Tollygunge police has given a receipt of 100/- inspite of taking 150/-where as the trafic rules shows a penalties of Rs 90/- for the case 122/177.
Would I get the proper justice
