with due respect i want to submit the following details of particular cases.

sir myself raginiben jatin desai residing at 2-a sitabaug society manjalpur vadodara file a compliant to MR K.L PATEL (TOWN PLANNING DEVELOPEMNT OFFICER) FOR ILLEGAL/UNAUTHORISE CONSTRUCTION DONE BY MR JAGDISH M SHAH RESIDENT OF 1-A SITABAUG SOCIETY MANJALPUR VADODARA AT HIS RESIDENT.

we file a compliant on 6.6.12 and our file was prepare and mr makwana visited site during that time construction was going on and no any action taken to stop that illegal construction were carried by him.now construction is finish and owner is staying.

there are two issues :1) ALL WRONG CONSTRUCTION IS CARRIED OUT NEAR OUR KITCHEN.
2) WATER IS FALLING IN OUR COMPOUND FROM HIS BUILDING.

OUR FILE IS WITH mR BHARAT SHAH ISPITE OF SO MANY PERSONAL VISITS NO ACTION IS TAKEN AND I AM NOW FED UP WITH THE NUSIANCE FROM MY NEIGHBOUR..

please let me know what further action coorporation will take on this case and now almost 1 year is lapse still decesion is pending.
