i bought karbon mobile model A51 in april 2014, it was given tosolve the problem,to kaiesr electronics athorised service center of karbon mobile,on 5th august14 .while asking about mobil kaiser persons telling karbon company is not suppling spare parts,and they cant tell when the piece will get ready? pl.help.
Complainant's Goal: iwant my mobile get repaired or get me replacement of the piece.
