Hi,
I have booked a hotel through TIRUPATIHOTELS.NET
As there were problems travelling to Tirupati due to riots , I sent out a cancellation request. The request was acknowledged by pradeep@eglobe-solutions.com. As per their rules in the mail Cancellation made before 72 hours prior to arrival will incur 15% cancellation charges on full amount.However I have not recieved my money back in to the account.I booked it on Jan 4th.
