I am writing this complaint to inform potential timtara buyers of their inefficiency as well as to make my case much stronger against Timtara.com :-
I ordered 2 products on 19 Dec. 2012 from timtara.com, purchase info :-

I used SBI net banking for payment.
I have been in contact with them since but yet they were not able to deliver the products in promised time, which was 3 weeks. Hence i sent a letter as per their request to payal@timtara.com, here are the contents :-
Hello madam,
I ordered 2 products on 19 Dec. 2012 & have talked to your customer care executive many times on the given contact no. 0135-3051500, they kept assuring me that the product will be dispatched soon but today on 09-01-2013 they told me that they don't have the products i ordered in stock so it means that they won't be able to ship & deliver my order within the promised time limit.

So i want you to cancel my order & refund my money within next 7-10 days as per your site policy otherwise i will have to take legal action.

Since then i have been continuously sending them letters for refund but they have not refunded my money till now. They changed the status of my order on "18-01-2013" but have been telling me since to wait for 7-10 days as per their site policy but their site policy is not being followed by them so why should i wait ? hence i am demanding immediate refund from them or i will go to court.
I would also like the potential buyers to don't buy from timtara.com because it has already been exposed on CNBC awaaz just google for it. I hope that their reporting will convince you to not buy products from timtara.com even if my experience did not.
