I am Naveen and I have a complain against the ticket reservation system. I have booked a reservation in Train No. 2310 / RJPB RAJDHANI for 11 Jul 2010 through a travel agent (Company : Travel Host, Contact Person : Parmeet Singh ). The PNR No. is ********14 (Transaction Id : 0224399374).

The sequence of seats reserved are as follows : A4/0032, A4/0034, A4/0036

All the above seats are alternate and upper berths though they fall under the same PNR. We are accompanied with an infant and this kind of reservation process is beyond imagination wherein you are provided alternate seats for each family member.

I also want to question what exactly is the process? Sould we not book tickets through agents? or we should avoid online transactions with indian railways? why this kind of discrimination is there? Why indian railways wants family members not to sit together?

The system should be of providing limited lower berths under each PNR.

Complainant's Goal: Under each PNR tickets should be in sequence with limited lower berths for all.
