sai enterpriecs pvt. ltd - ticket refunds for agast kranti mumbai rajdhani train cansiled

I have booked a ticket through the railway station from vadodara to delhi nijamudin But rajdhani train will be canciled on that fateful date. I have deposit tickets same day new delhi railway station T D R NO 20956 / 10-11/E2 DATED 22-12-10. The RAILWAY says amount will be refunded within 20-30 days. But so far I have not received the refund amount. Details of the TDR are given below:

Transaction PNR Number: 8406447058
TDR Entry Date: 22-12-2010

train no :- 12953
I want a full refund along with the interest for 1 years.
