IRCTC Indian Railways - ticket fare deducted through Debit card , Agaist which Ticket Not delivered

I was Trying to Book my ticekt through IRCTC on 23rd April for travelling From Vijayawada to Srikalahasti, by Krishna Express Train No 17406, in 3AC. journey date was 24th April 2012.
i was using my SBI Debit for payment for for available birth in 3AC , amount @ Rs677/- debited from my account bot ticket was not deliverd saying transaction Failure.
I erquest authorities to return my amount to my account at the earliest.
