In BARDOLO surat railway station resarvation counter opens at 9 am daily when i asked him to give tatkal ticket at 8 am he refused me he tell me our staff is not available. we faced problem.

Complainant's Goal: Ticket BOOKING WINDOW MUST BE OPEN AT 8 am
