I Purchased one Samsung MobileModel 8572 through Rediff online shopping
I am wokring in Angola, I send this to My daughter Birth day at Chennai in Dec 2014 Ticket#1033********
After Return to Chennai for vacation they told it is not properly working, then I take this to Samsung service center at Chennai, after checking they told it is duplicate they will not attend the repair
when I complained to Reddiff Shopping they informed, my complaint is more than three month so they will not responsible
I asked them who is responsible for supplying Duplicate mobil but they are not answering
I want to know who is responsible and where to complaint
