I bought my mobile in april 2014 and the mobile crashed in june. I gave it to the service centre on 11th june and it is 17th july and i still have not recieved my mobile phone. I need the phone immediately as i will be leaving for college.My mobile is karbonn a19 and jobsheet no is KJASPUP360614K4186.
I demand that i recieve my mobile back or a different mobile set as soon as possible.I am tired of karbonn's third grade service.
Complainant's Goal: I want my mobile back or they should have given me a different mobile.
