TATA Indicom - Think 100 times before you choose TATA - never available when you need them

6 day later, i posted following complaint, I got one standard reply from TATA as Comment. They are saying that someone spoken to me and given me resolution of my complaint.

I want straight reply here, what resolution they given me. Are they feeling shame telling me here what resolution given.

I just want them to return my balance. My balance is still 0 till date.


My complaint wast as follows : -

I recharged my mobile with Coupon Rs. 53 for life time validity and convert call plan to per second pulse. I confirmed this from tata customer care. Then I recharged my mobile for talk time value 2 times. Suddenly my plan changed to 50 paisa per minute flat not per second call rate. TATA grabbed all my talk time. I talked to customer care about it. But talking to customer care of TATA Indicom is always waste of your valuable time.

Its my appeal to everyone Please don't ever take TATA services. They are only to to eat your money eagerly. TATA Indicom is Money Eating Service Provider in India.

Unfortunately my no. is ********04. Isse bada durbhagya aur kisi ka nahi ho sakta.
