Tata DOCOMO - The Tata Photon device is not working

I have been using a Tata photon Plus(********55) but on the 3 rd day i was not being able to use as there was a technical problem with the device.I had raised a complaint in the Customer Care where they suggested me to go to the nearest service centre.I went to the centre(Thippasandra place) but they said they will not be able to help as there is only one person in charge and they said me to wait for 1 or 2 months.I have raised a number of complaints with the customer care everytime they say the action will be taken but i find no action has been taken till now.I have not taken the device for fun but for the usage of the internet.Everytime i recharge with rupees255 the balance gets over as i am not being able to use the Photon within the balnce date.The service cetre donot corporate and everytime i approach them they speak rudely.They had a very bad attitude towards me and said me to pay ruppes 750 if i want to use the device.I really dont understand if i have my device under warrenty why should i pay rupees750 for it again.Please can the company take this matter and get my device repaired.I hope the Tata Company takes care of the customers value for time and money and action will be taken.I really had to run after the Tata Photon for number of times and call the customer care.
