>after 72 hours passed no benefit was credited.
>again i contacted to customer care and now they have BARRED my calls to contact customer care.

Now i my point is:
>I have received a message on 1/10/2013 @7:08pm.It mention "special offer on 135 rs recharge get rs 145 rupees".
>And on 1/10/2013 @9:12pm .i have recharged with rs 135 [Transaction Id:100003023705810].
1) Now How i am not eligible for that special recharge.
2)Why customer care is BARRED on my number.
3)Why they can not provide a proper answer to my query.
