Adani Gas Limited - The installation terms are interpreted loosely. Not satisfied by attitude

The new gas is being installed in my house. There is no clear consumer focused policy or the attitude of the company. Company did not provided any written terms and conditions of installation though they have taken all the money well in advance. Now at the time of connections, the conditions are interpreted very loosely by the company technicians who visit the house. The technicians are sub-contractors who does not have any authority, any professionalism or any sense of belonging. There is no one in sight whom we can talk to. There are no any documents provided so far. More importantly, the company have charged minimum 10 times the market rate for the piping and installation compared to open market retails plumbing charges !!!! In spite of that much money, the company is not even prepared to modify the gas stove that is suitable for the gas from the current LPG gas suitability. Please note, we have paid all the money in advance for two gas burners to be converted by the company. However at this juncture, after they have already digested the 10 times the amount, they refuse that this is not our responsibility !!.

All that massive intensives that Gujarat Government has given to this company is not worth. There is not even 1 % professionalism in this company compared to TATA and others.
