I want this complaint should reach to Railway Minister Kumari Mamata Banerjee because this information/complaint about such a important and popular train which is concerning with her native place.I will like to meet with DIDI in her Kolkata Office very shortly to clarify whether any action taken or not about this complaint,as I am also belongs to same place. It is very sad to tell that the 2175/2176 or 2177/2178 CHAMBAL EXPRESS, only train connecting two such important station ,HOWRAH and GWALIOR and runs as SUPERFAST brand through so many important stations with fully loaded condition.This tain is running since more than 20 years according to my knowledge,as I and so many person travelling through it as a Indian Airforceman(just now took retiremen).But since last 05 years the maintanance and cleanliness of coches including AC3/AC2 is such a down graded that even the normal passenger trains are better than that. All the trains(up and down) are running with so old compartments including AC coches.The all the toilets are in very poor condition,doors are not closing properly,windows of sleeper are not closing and in escaping mood.The ticket values are same as superfast but why this trains is neglected.No latest facillities in the AC COCHES and that is natural due to old coches.Why passengeres are directly cheated after paying a huge amout speacially for the AC2/3 , when all superfast trains have been upgraded?It is very nice to see that DIDI is doing tremandusly well and ever ever best.So we all millitary as well as civilians people thoes who are travelling regularly through Chambal Express,hope that keeping the respect of her great slogan\"MA MATI MANUSH\" outside the WEST BENGAL see will definately look after this matter immediately.Thanks with regards.
