Respected sir,
With reference to my complaint no.GAX20100212537 dt 12.02.10 which was against Mr.KAPIL GUPTA, SRI GAJANAN TRAVELLING AGENCY, shop no 2 first floor Rajdhani Complex, old Hathras Adda, Aligarh, Utter Pradesh regarding taken extra charges in Padmawat Express 3A.C from Lucknow to Ghaziabad, I want to say that not only he return me extra charges which he has taken but also commit me to not to do this one in future again to any one.
So I want to roll- back my complaint against him and request you to revive his railway reservation I.D. so that he done his work honestly. I also thankful to IRCTC to taken pain in my complaint and given me justice and elevate my belief in Indian railways.
