Respected peoples

i was travelled in root number 96 bus from Navakkarai to walayar. ticket number 072620. Rs 9.
the conductor argued about the termination point of bus.
he was irregular responsibility person. he said , they cant terminate the bus to walayar.
Most of buses ,after 9:00 pm didn't terminate the bus to walayar.
And he spoke bad words to passenger.
Please kindly to take action in 96 bus conductor Mr. Thangavel.
i called coimbatore sungam dippo, they also didn't answered properly.
