Respected Sir
I had filled TDR on 14th Oct 2010 for the PNR 2540344125. But still now I have not got any response from IRCTC and also not got any refund. I had called a lot of time to customer care but no response. A lot of time the executive provide me telephone numbers to talk there, but no body receive the calls.
Sir I have done every process what IRCTC provides. Please do something for me as soon as possible so that I could get my refund.
