Northern Railway - TDR done fund refund is still awaited

I booked my ticket trough IRCTC from Lucknow to New Delhi My PNR No. was ********31 travel date was 28.12.2009 but i did not travel due to personal reason. I filled TDR on 29.12.2009 reference No. is ekt200********8082 but till date i did not get refund.
