DEAR SIR

SO MANY TIMES I GIVE THE REQ TO CHANGE MY tata photon plan and i got the service reply that it will change in next billing cycle and iam was using mt tata sevice unlimited now my uses is more then 2500 but acording to my wishing plan i will not more then 900 they cheating with me i need help plzz help me i want to surrander my tatadevice but how can i pay this bill ..
