I have been using the Tata Photon+ connection for quite sometime. Of late, I have been facing problems even surfing popular sites like Yahoo and GMail. The Tata Photon+ Customer Care is clueless what the problem is, though one of their technical person did call me once to mention possible technical issue with the local transmission site / tower. Have told him that I get "full" network on the Tata Photon+ Dialer, so connectivity may not be an issue, but could be some back-end technical problem with broadband bandwidth management. It's been almost a week since this is unresolved. While it is common for Tatas to do trial & error at customers' expense (remember first Tata Indica, then Nano recently !), it is sad that a reputed corporate group should be so poor in service levels. Hope someone from the company reads my post and acts on it.
