Tata DOCOMO - Tata Photon legal notice issued despite paid bill

Sir,

I used to be a customer of Tata Teleservices Ltd Photon mobile internet service My acc no - ********3 and Tel no-********51

I made a full and final payment of Rs 2953 by cash on 18th April 2013 after which the service was discontinued. But after 5 months the advocate of the firm has send a notice to pay an additional Rs 2515 within 7 days or face legal action. I contacted the given link Mr Sanjay Kumar cell no ********69 but for no response.

I request immediate action in order to save me from harrasment
