TATA Indicom - Tata not refunding the waiver and holding back connection

Hi,

I have been a user of TATA Indicom ADSL broadband service. It is surely a good product / service to go for unless and until you do not end up in requiring any sort of support from their team. Their team may be looking good on paper but is 1 of the most pathatic service providers when it is the question of Backend / Customer Care support.
Very one thing, they do not differentiate between ADSL connection and a telephone connection. Their problem. But as an end user, you have to pay Rs. 50 extra for verifying that the usage of yours is correctly recorded or not. Many small Internet service providers can provide an Online access to see your usage but their team cannot. They never seems to have a good developers team may be. Atleast 4 8 months was on their tail to get this service up and running but never got any positive update for the same. The only reply "WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE CAUSED TO YOU SIR. WE HAVE ESCALATED THE MATTER AND WILL SURELY LOOK INTO THE SAME. PLEASE GIVE SOME TIMES FOR THE SAME". Never ever in the life span of 2 yrs of their service they ever came out with that service of theirs... Another money grabbing feature of theirs. If you get a printout and for that u charge 50 bucks. Fine. But to show the stuff on internet only.. nope.. as a TATA user .. just say TATA to your rights for the same.

All false promises in the world and never ever 1 gets resolved. That was an earlier issue that just wanted to share. Apart from that, recently .. 5 months ago there was an issue that i faced of access billing of Rs. 2,500 which for constant followups .. a lot of pain fortunately got a call from their team after 2-3 months time that they will give me a wavier to me for the same. The wavier request of Rs. 2,500 was raised on 27th Aug, 2011. September, my connection was temporarily suspended for non-payment of bills. After constant daily followups with the nodal officers and all finally i got my connection restored. In Month of October, the connection got again disconnected .. just a week before Diwali. Since that day, i am been following up with their team, every day and all i get is false / empty promises. I am yet suffering the pain of becoming a good customer who don't call them and howl on them with all the boombastic words. So i have to pay for my goodness who is patient enough to wait for them to work and work and work.

Their team is waiting for the aproval from backend / finance team and hence forth there is no connection that is being restored. Either the team (Nodal Desk) dose not have any sort of access 2 their backend team or their team dose not have any courtesy to look into the requests and process on the same. Either of it, i am yet suffering for the same. If someone can look into this matter and help, please help me, free me from this jargon.
