Tata Motors - Tata indigo Dashboard issue (Sticking layer getting formed)

My dashboard is getting sticky. I have been facing this problem for 3-4 years now. I have to spend lot of money to clean everytime. I was able to remove the removable part of the dastboard and cleaned myself , it is pretty clean. I want this main part of the dashboard to be cleaned in the same manner.

I have never used any chemicals/soap to cleant it.

Tata Motors is known for worst customer care. They run business by bribing politicians. See the quality and risk of buying Tata Nano. Infact, the people in Concorde motors accept there is a problem in the dash borad for 3 years, but Tata motors done nothing. don't buy any car from tata.

I support this complaint.
I have similar isssue with my GSXndigo model for last 6 months,I have been using my car just for last 3 years.I have still not received any favourable reply from Tata motors. Sticky layer on Dashboard is quality issue qith dashboard and tata motors should replace this dashboard.
