I have opted for Infinity 384 Plan, they mentioned in their site that it is unlimited download. After using it for 1 month I was called and told that I can download only upto 70 GB. However, while taking the connection or applying form it was never mentioned. I request to not take Tata Indicom Connection as they cheat you one way or other.
Simillar thing happened to my friend, he took Tata Indicom Photon Plus and was told that it will have unlimited download. After 1 month he also got a call and was told that if he exceeds 5 GB Limit, he will be charged extra.
Isn\'t it a cheating or fooling the Customers. They never mention these things while applying and write usage limit is \"Unlimited\". However, after 1 month you will get to know what Tata Indicom is?
My case ID is \"40275974\" and his CST Representative Rajesh and his Manager was being rude and misguiding.
