I have a tata photon+ connection with number 9246240758. I am facing lot of problems with the connection since i have taken it. Initially i was satisfied with it but that too didn't last for long time. I am facing a lot of problem with the speed. Even though to my last complaint the executive have fixed up a signal enhancer antenna and was satisfied with it.
The problem started two days back. I have registered a complaint with the customer care on 26th March 2011 with number 258950173. I was given the resolution time till 28th March 2011 by 9 pm. But till now none of your executives turned up and i'm getting irritated with the speed i am getting.
The speed i am getting is varying between 80-190 Kbps. And i don't know how do they claim this speed as the great speed which the customer is getting and the advertisement say it as "Work faster with fast speeds".
I am attaching the screen shot of the speed which i have got when i checked it at www.speedtest.net.
Despite of the visit of your executive even now I am facing the same problem. The good speed lasted only for few hours and you call this as 'CUSTOMER SATISFACTION'.
