I HAD DONE A SPECIAL RECHARGE FOR Rs 444 BUT I GOT A REGULAR RECHARGE INSTEAD! I HAVE MADE SEVRAL COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE OVER THE PAST 14 DAYS BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT! DONT USE TATA DOCOMO ITS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

Complainant's Goal: I WANT THE SPECIAL RECHARGE!
