SIR, AS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ONE SIM AT MY OFFICE BY TATA DOCOMO SALES EXECUTIVE NAME DEEWAKAR SAYING U GET FULL SIGNAL AT UR HOME PLACE BHILAI HUDCO SECTOR. BUT SORRY TO SAY U THAT THIS SIM IS NOT ATALL WORKING AT MY HOME . THEIR IS NO SIGNAL IN SUCH AREA. AS SUCH I TOLD THAT U TAKE THIS SIM AND CONVERT POST PAID TO PRE PAID IMMEDIATELY BUT THEY DID NOT LISTEN SAID AT LEAST U HAVE TO STAY FOR THREE MONTHS UNLESS IT CANT'T BE CHANGED. I COULD HARDLY TALK WHILE I WENT OUTSIDE FROM MY HOME. BUT FOR THAT IHAVE ALREADY ANOTHER SIM OF RELIANCE SO I AGAIN APPROACHED THEM U TAKETHIS SIM OR STOP IT. BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING AND SOMANY EXECUTIVES OF TATADOCOMO CALLING ME ON MY RELIANCE MOBILE NO.0********63 AND THRETENING ME THAT U PAY ALL UR DUES INCULDING PENALITY FIFTY RUPEES PER MONTH FOR FOUR MONTHS AND BILL TOTAL AROUND 530. I TOLD THEM I WILL PAY ONLY THE CALL CHARGES PLUS SERVICE TAX BECAUSE SIM IS NOT USEFUL FOR POST PAID SERVICE FOR ME. UR SALES EXECUTIVES GIVEN ME WRONG AND MISLEAD INFORMATION THAT IS WHY I HAD TAKEN THE SIM OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE NOT TAKEN AT THE VERY TIME OF FILLING FORM.
MY REQUEST TO U THAT TAKE THE MATTER AT APPROPRIATE LEVEL AND INSTRUCT THEM TO TAKE ONLY CALL CHARGES PLUS SERVICE TAX AND CONVERT THE SIM FROM POST PAID TO PRE PAID IF THEY WON'T TAKE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE SAME. OR ELSE TAKE THEIR SIM BACK. FOR UR INFORMATION THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY DISRUPT THE OUTGOING CALL FROM THIS SIM I.E.********50.
