My tata docomo 3g e stick number is ********01. I have never seen such a poor customer service as am experiencing with docomo. The nodal desk and the appellate authority are bunch of useless people. From the month of February am having problem in my network and the speed of the 3g e stick dongle doesnt even cross 1MBPS at any time. Sometimes its so slow that even a page doesnt open followed by error. I have registered so many complaints but they never resolved the issue. However I get my bill on time which never happens to be delayed. Docomo cant provide good service and expects customers to pay bill on time or else fine would be charged. Are they not aware about the other service providers who provides much much better service than Docomo. Am just fed up of writing complaints and calling the customer care. Hope they read this post and come to know about their level of service.
