Today at 12 o clock i lost my mob on road, so i barred my sim on online account and after that the person who found my mob given back to me then i requested docomo for unbarring my sim but they were asking for new doc though i submitted them directly in their office on 10th november it self they were asking me to submit again to unbar my sim because of their poor sevice i am suffering alot , i misssed many imp calls today because of their irresponsible service, as i submitted my doc to their representative they were telling that they werent received my documents it isnt my fault it is completely their mistake but because of them i am suffering till they werent unbarred my sim ,
