Dear All,
My complaint is that i am using the Tata Docomo services from past four months. I am not satisfied with their customer response. while giving connection their executive said that company is giving upto 2GB per month internet browsing free for 6months.But i am not avail of that internet services when i called for customer support first they said that our executive will come and solve the problem. They dragged or the issue for two months and now they are saying that there was a problem with their network and their technical people are working on that issue.
Conclusion: Finally the customer care people said that the problem which i am facing will be resolved in a month.
