I have Tata Docomo prepaid connection and my number is ********89. I have done a recharge for Rs 69 on March 3 2014 through tata docomo website to avail 30 paise per min for all local and STD calls benefit. I noticed after wards i was not charged as per the recharge and called customer care but was told that since i have another plan of 40 paise/min, this will not be reflected immediately. I was asked to wait till March 13. After March 13, it started billing 30 paise per min but after one day, it is charging Rs 1.5 per min for all calls. Such a huge billing. I called customer care and formally lodged a complaint PSMR12092761 on March 17 2014 but still the problem is not resolved. I am billed Rs 1.5 per min even now.
When i asked them to register a complaint for refunding my money incurred towards incorrect billing/charging, they are not registering it. In a last one week i have lost 500% of my money due to this and image if it happens for 1 lakh customers then how much crores of money Tata Docomo is looting from the customers.
I request you to kindly highlight this issue in social media to create awareness and also help me in bringing a justice.
