I have always liked Tata companies and that si the reason I changed from Airtel to Tata Docomo. But what I did not think in my dreams too has happened. Tata Docomo has turned into a company which cheats its customers. It is automatically subcribing me to some services and deducting INR 30 from my balance and sends and SMS. And then there is a number provided in the SMS using which you can unsubscibe. But your are already charged 30 for the service to which you NEVER SUBSCRIBED in the first place!!! Hope TRAI puts an end to all this frauds being followed by these companies.
