I had requested for cancellation of my TATA docomo internet plan with account number ********4 on 2nd November2012 by sending a mail on 3030@tatatel.co.in.
In response to the request, TATA DOCOMO representative have mailed be on 3rd November 2013 mentioning that my line will be get barred in next 7 days. When my connection didn't got closed in next 18 days again I sent a mail on 3030@tatatel.co.in requesting to close the connection and mentioning that if it didnt got closed I will not be liable to pay any further amount.
But my connection didn't got closed for the months and keep on getting the monthly bills. Now I have been getting overdue bills and calls to pay around Rs. 2600 for which I have not used. I have been harassed and threatened by tata docomo customer care people to pay the outstanding.
I think it’s a serious problem with the customer care or the process. Being such a large service provider this kind of behavior is pathetic.
I have all emails from Tata Docomo customer care on when the cancellation is raised and acknowledged.
I can provide all emails on request.
